Leviticus 17:1-18:30: Leviticus 17:11 tells us why Jesus shed His blood; it means He gave His life for us. The blood of animals could only cover for sin, but the blood of Jesus cleansed our sin. The difference? A human being is worth more than an animal. The life of an animal is not equal to the life of a human. We were created in the image of God, therefore a sacrifice of equal value must be given to cleanse us of our sin. Jesus came to this earth, fully God and fully human, the Son of God. Therefore, because He is God, He is worth every human being and He became flesh and blood so He could take our place. He had to become flesh and blood; otherwise, He could not die. You cannot kill spirit. (Hebrews 10:1-10).
Psalm 27:1-3: Do you have this same confidence?
Proverbs 10:9: Integrity has great dividends!!!!
Mark 4:21-41: What you hear is very important. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing the Word of God. Fear, then, comes by hearing; hearing the words of the devil, and people not walking in faith.
The Kingdom of God in us grows as we plant God’s Word in our hearts. It’s a process; maturity does not come overnight. Give yourself a chance to grow and mature – that is why we are having our Wednesday night classes.
When you get a word from God and you step out in faith, you can expect the devil to bring some storms and try to stop you from crossing over and experiencing the victories God has for you.
