Numbers 5:1-6:27: When we are born again, God separates us unto Himself for His will to be done in our lives. The word “saint” means “to separate, consecrate, purify, and to make holy.” After we are born again, God calls us saints. We need to live according to the name He has given us. Don’t let someone else name you and don’t live under the names that people have spoken over you in the past like, “you’ll never amount to anything”, “you’re a just a bad person”, or “you can’t ever do anything right!!!” Call yourself what God calls you and see yourself as God sees you. He doesn’t see you according to your past but who you are now and who you are going to be as His son and daughter (1 Corinthians 1:26-31).
Psalm 30:8-12: He can turn your mourning into dancing!!!!
Proverbs 11:1-3: Humility and integrity will take you a long ways!!!!
Mark 8:22-38: Jesus took the man out of the town. Why? Read Matthew 11:20-21: they were full of doubt and unbelief. After Jesus healed him, He told him not to go back and tell anyone in that town about the miracle. Why? Because they would have talked him out of his miracle!!!!
Peter takes Jesus aside and begins to rebuke Him concerning His statements about the cross, the will of God for His life. Selfishness will always go against God’s will.
